In one paragraph, you will summarize the historical time period or event that you have researched so far. In your paragraph, be sure to include:
- at least two specific details from your notes to help you summarize the historical time period or event,
- a lesson that you think can be learned from the historical time period or event and applied to the future, one that is supported by the two details you include, and
- proper spelling, punctuation and grammar.
Dahmer had just turned 18 and remained in the family home. Dahmer's parents' divorce was finalized on July 24, 1978. Joyce was awarded custody of their younger son and alimony payments. Dammer stayed with his dad and that's.when Dammer’s dad taught Dammer how to dissect animals. He killed 17 men and boys over more than 13 years. He did unimaginable things with the body parts. He chose gay people, mostly of color, which made it less noticeable. In the 80n there seem to be a lot of psychopaths.Always be cautious and be aware of your surroundings.
ReplyDeleteA main conflict that you could use is how dahmer used different things to not get caught while killing people. You can also use action words to describe who dahmer wanted to kill.
DeleteA possible conflict you could use is Dahmer doing things to not get caught killing people.
DeleteA possible main character you could do is make him an angry person, also try and make him sound angry in the dialogue.
DeletePossible characters could be one of Dahmer's victims or maybe a police officer/detective that was assigned the task of capturing Dahmer.
DeleteA main character could be someone who escaped Dahmer and their emotions when escaping.

ReplyDeleteAround 8am on May 20, 1941 the Germans started an attack. The battle of Crete has begun. Crete is an island in Greece in the Mediterranean. After the Germans invaded Greece, Hitler had his eyes set on Crete. He wanted Crete because of its airfield and its access to the Mediterranean. About 40,000 British, Dominion, and Greek soldiers were on the island during the attack. The allied forces were commanded by New Zealander Major-General Bernard Freyberg VC. Before the attack, intelligence had informed Freyberg of an incoming attack by the Germans, but he misinterpreted it and thought that the attack was going to come from the sea. Therefore he sent all of his soldiers to the sea. When really the Germans were going for the airfields. The allied forces had help from the British Royal Navy. An attack from the sea was only a small part of the Germans' big plan, so while the majority of the allied troops were at the beaches, the airfields were left completely unguarded. If Freyberg hadn't sent most of his troops to defend from the sea, maybe the battle wouldn’t have lasted for 13 days, and it could have been over in just a few days, or even hours.
You're main character could express how sad, or angry they are from the Germans attacking.
DeleteA main character in your story could be a civilian who mourns for the soldiers that are fighting this battle. This character might then go on to join the military in the future and fight future wars or battles. This character should feel grief easily and express this in dialogue and in their actions.
DeleteOn September 11th 2001 a terrorist attack happened with four commercial planes crashing into important United States important buildings. Flight 93 was the airplane that crashed into the field in Pennsylvania, and on this flight the people fought back against the four terrorists. The brave people fought back against the terrorist that had knives and pepper spray. In the cockpit recorded screams, glass breaking, and shouting. The plane did not make it to its destination because of the brave people on board who fought back; and the some that died before the crash from big injuries. A lesson that can be learned is to be brave even if you're scared because it could save people.
ReplyDeleteYour main conflict could be about letting go of a loved one.
DeleteA main conflict in your historical fiction could be about a character losing a friend or a family member to the 9/11 attacks.
DeleteI think a character you could use for your story is someone that has the perspective of being in the plane that crashed into one of the towers. Is a male teenager and is more of the anxious type.
DeleteYour main character can be close person or loved one that found out that their loved died that day.
DeleteThe main character could be one of the terrorists, a smooth-talking charmer (a deceptive demeanor).

ReplyDeleteThe lesson is to not just throw all your money at the newest things. This is the lesson I am trying to portray because before the great depression, everyone was advised to invest all of their money into stocks so they could “get rich fast”. And lots of people foolishly complied and just threw their money into a bunch of stocks. Even borrowing money from banks to get richer. But then the stock markets suddenly crashed and people were racing to get their money back to the point that banks suddenly ran out of money. People ended up poor and homeless. And all because they threw their money at the newest stocks.
A main conflict of your story could be: one man didn't comply, but he saw his friends and family do it, so he did it, then the stock market crashed.
DeleteI think the main charter conflict could be about their feelings during the Great depression.
DeleteMaybe you can have a character who's always angry and that's always there behavior and how they act
DeleteYour character could be a man who hears about the stock investment and throws all his money into the stocks without thinking. They could be a grumpy and rash person who never really thinks about the outcomes of their actions.
DeleteMaybe you can make your main character a guy who lost a lot of money but is still rich. You can maybe make them want more money and make them invest more money. Eventually they end up poor.
DeleteIn 1932 - 1945, Japanese soldiers created “Comfort Women” stations in Korea and other Asian nations. They were filled with women and girls who were forced to provide intercourse services to the Japanese soldiers against their will. People might not have heard of these stations considering Japan hasn’t formally apologized yet. After WWII ended in 1945, the stations stopped and only 30% of the 200,000 women ended up surviving, and not all of them even got to go home. The women who did make it home to their families were seen as society castouts and were abandoned by their families. They were seen as castouts since nobody had heard what happened in the stations; nobody knew their perspective. The women's and girls’ families were expecting them to come back with paid income and a job like they were promised; which was a lie that the Japanese told the women and girls so they would go to the camps willingly. The former Comfort Women had taken years to gain the courage to speak up about their perspective and what they had gone through, they deserve to be heard and given justice for what happened. The lesson we can learn from this historical event is that perspective matters, and it is always important to hear everyone’s story.
ReplyDeleteThese women and girls get lost in a battle and need to find their way home.
DeleteA possible main conflict in your story could be about one of the "Comfort Women" escaping and making it back to their homeland. From their you could have that character share their story with the world, so others can know how the "Comfort Women" felt in those dreadful times.
DeleteA suggestion I have for a main character in your story is a "Comfort Woman" escaping the station and finding safe haven with other "Comfort Women" where she can speak up for herself and others and make a difference for those who weren't lucky enough to escape.
DeleteWorld War I was a major world conflict. The events before this war proved that greed for power can cause conflict. The First Fleet Act made by Germany increased their naval size and made them a possible competitor to Great Britain, who had the strongest military by sea. Germany’s First Fleet Act made Britain fear Germany and grow closer to eventually alliance with France and Russia. This is an example of Germany’s greed for more power over the seas. Another event was Serbian Independence from Austria-Hungary. Austria-Hungary colonized Serbia before by coercion. Serbia resented Austria-Hungary’s power over them and pushed to gain independence. They also allied with Russia on the way. When Austria’s prince Franz Ferdinand came to visit Serbia, he was shot and killed. In this event, both sides had greed for power. Austria-Hungary wanted power and colonized Serbia, while Serbia wanted independence and power over themselves so much that they killed Franz Ferdinand. These events demonstrated several countries’ greed for power that eventually sparked the beginning of World War I.
ReplyDeleteYour main conflict could be right after Franz Ferdinand's death and how the Austrian civilians reacted and grieved his death.
DeleteA conflict could be the person or people who shot Franz Ferdinand would be attacked by the Australian citizens that grieved Franz Ferdinand's death.
Deleteyou could make the main character the president at the time because they can make some changes or prevent it
DeleteYour Character could be one of Franz Ferdinand's guards that watched him get shot.
DeleteOn March 11, 2011 A 9.0 Magnitude earthquake happened off the coast of the city of Sendai, Japan. The Earthquake was very unexpected as Japan gets lots of earthquakes and the citizens do not pay much attention to them usually. The Earthquake was just the start of this disaster as a 65 foot tall tsunami came shortly after. Many started praying or running towards the coast to help assist loved ones or the elderly, which was the wrong thing to do as it only put themselves more in danger. People were terrified as the pitch black water came rushing towards them. Hospitals, businesses, and homes were completely flooded and some were taken off of their foundation and moved. This disaster came to be one of the deadliest disasters in Japan's history. And 450,000 became homeless. A lesson that I think people can learn from this event is to never take what you have for granted because many people's lives were ruined or ended.
ReplyDeleteA possible main conflict for your character could be being separated from their family and having to keep going even when they don´t know if their family is safe.
DeleteMaybe you have the main conflict be an elderly women trying to escape her house when the tsunami hits and make her daring escape and her perspective after the tsunami.
DeleteAn idea for your main character could be a policeman who was in a building but went out after the tsunami to help other people who were stuck in debris or had other problems.
DeleteMaybe you can have the main charter express there Emotions a lot in the story
DeleteOn August 24, 79 AD Mount Vesuvius erupted in Pompeii. 20,000 different people lived in Pompeii such as merchants, manufacturers, and farmers. Farmers settled here because of the rich black soil that surrounded the mountain. At the time these farmers didn’t realize that the soil was black from past eruptions. The people in Pompeii never realized that the mountain could possibly erupt, they took everything for granted. On the day of the eruption Mount Vesuvius propelled a 10 mile cloud of ash and volcanic rocks that were around 3 inches in diameter. Many people fled but 2,000 stayed in cellars expecting that everything would stop. It was August 25, when a poisonous gas was unleashed from the volcano suffocating anyone left at the city. Lava preserved the remaining people.
ReplyDeleteAs a conflict you can do how people tried to escape Pompeii.
DeleteI think a main conflict could be showing how people feel during the eruption.
DeleteYour main character could be a fidgety slave who the other slaves (and they themself) think to be able to predict the future, though he does not predict the eruption.
DeleteI think an appearance your character could have is a young boy that lives on a farm with his dad.
DeleteWorld War Two is a well known point in history. But most of the focus is on the battlefield. The focal point of the war was the frontline, but there were other things driving and supplying it back home. The homefront was a place with many lessons to be learned. After America entered the war, foreign nationals were declared enemy aliens. These were Japanese, Germans, and italians. There was much fear going around the homefront. A way of seeing this was when the enemy aliens were relocated into special camps. Fear is a powerful thing and it can change people to doing stuff that they would otherwise not have. There was fear of spies on the homefront. Bombings from enemy balloons like the Fu-Go balloons. Pro war propaganda spreading. Fear of slipping info while being emphasized not to on posters. The homefront may not have been on the frontlines, but it was still fighting the fight of fear.
ReplyDeleteThe main conflict could be more about what's happening on your side. Just more detail on your side. That's all.
DeleteA main character in your story could be a civilian family or civilian person on the home front that in trying to navigate there way through fear and possible spies. This person or family should be very anxious in dialogue and behavior.
DeleteYour conflict could be that your character feels like he is going to give up but he finds motivation to keep going.
DeleteJoplin was a decently populated town in Missouri with a population of around 50,000 people. On May, 22, 2011, a devastating EF5 tornado struck Joplin with little to no warning. This tornado ended up being the most costliest tornado in history, costing a little over 2.8 billion dollars in damages, and ultimately killing 161 people. This was a very unexpected tragic event that many people were not prepared for. Something that can be learned by this event is that you need to spend time with the people you care about because you will never know the last time you will see them. 2 details that support this is that 161 people died from this event, and there was only a 17 minute warning for this event.
ReplyDeleteOne main conflict you could do is what someone in the tornado is feeling, most likely fear.
DeleteI think a possible main conflict you can use is how someone who lost a person due to the tornado is going through tons of grief
DeleteI think a main character for your story could be someone who didn't spend time with loved ones, and later regrets it.
DeleteI think you could describe the way a mother of a family reacts to hearing there is an EF5 tornado coming their way In just 17 minutes. Also how she portrays her emotions to her family. You could describe her emotions like calm or in a panic.
DeleteThe Salem Witch Burning historical event from 1692-1693 can be used to this day to demonstrate how being any different or strange could have been used against you to ways of extremity, and how as a community people can be singled out or targetted leading to bigger spiraling issues growing from nothing but misinformation or paranoia. In 1962, there was already controversy and uncertainty instilled in Salem, as issues brewing from dependency to agriculture, the fear of the French attacking, and the ongoing war with King William caused refugees to flee to Salem sprouted more underlying issues in the community. The first breaking point that led to the following chaos of tragedy started with a woman named Tituba, who was enslaved by the Parris family, which held Reverend Samual Parris; the first minister of Salem. Tituba confessed to serving the devil without questioning and further spread the already present paranoia of the Samel community due to a few people suffering from undetermined illnesses as well as notions of witchcraft being spread. Soon after, a trusted church member, Martha Corey, was accused and hanged at 70, leading to the uncontrolled spiral of accusations and murders of 25 individuals. The accused were likely to confess anyway due to fear of torture, and when the entire witchhunt was in full bloom Martha’s husband was accused after she had passed. When he didn’t confess to participating in witchcraft as well, was pressed to death by stone. The whole of Salem had grown distrustful and misinformation was flying left and right. The debacle only ended through many processes as ministers of the colony began to oppose it. Finally, Governor Sir William Phips publicly banned persecution without actual spectral evidence and the beliefs of witchcraft began to die out, however, the damage was done and many people were left scarred or grieving from the serial tragedies.
ReplyDeleteI think a conflict for your main character could be trying to survive the Salem Witch Burnings.
DeleteA conflict a character could go through is being different in this society and having different view points on things.
DeleteI think your main character could be a small child seeing their mother being burnt and they are hiding their tears so they don't get burned themselves.
DeleteIdeas for characters for your story could be a young woman or even child that was accused of witchcraft. You could also do one of the people that were voting for the hanging of these innocent people out of fear and they realize that they were wrong to do so.
DeleteBOOM! BOOM! It’s 3:02 a.m. in Guatemala, and people are awoken by an earthquake of 7.9 on the Richter scale. People were screaming, yelling, crying, yet no one knew what to do at that time. One of the worst 39 seconds of these people lifes, many died, and many were hurt. Not knowing that their lives could have changed so drastically in the speck of time. You never know how much can change in just under a minute.
ReplyDeleteI think that your main conflict could be trying to figure out how to get Guatemala back in order after the earthquake.
DeleteA possible main conflict can be kind of like a mission to do something that will benefit you after the bad earthquake.
DeleteYou're main character could be expressing how scared they were after the earthquake happened, and they could go on a ''mission'' to help figure out how to get Guatemala back in place.
DeleteIt was a crucial tragedy when the RMS Titanic sank on April 15, 1912. The RMS Titanic wasn’t built for speed but for the luxury of the passengers. It was an exciting time when the Titanic set off on its journey to New York. When the ship hit the iceberg in the Atlantic Ocean, its hull was gashed by the ice, and four out of the sixteen compartments had been breached. It later sunk 2.3 miles into the ocean. The Titanic’s journey WAS supposed to be amazing and lively, but not every nice thing has a nice outcome.
ReplyDeleteYour main character can be a kid that was by its self and died
DeleteYour main conflict could be the famous two people from the actual movie, Jack and Rose.
DeleteLooking back in history shows us what to improve for the future. Many conflicts have come up and many have resulted in war. It’s the choices that we make, and the plans we create that determine the outcome of it. Success doesn’t come without risk. No matter what we are trying to accomplish there is always the risk of failure. The Inchon Landing, one of the most significant turning points of the Korean War, almost didn’t happen, because we were afraid of failing. When General MacArthur proposed the plan for the Inchon Landing, it was met with resistance from the other military leaders. They pointed out a variety of different challenges and risks associated with the landing at Inchon. The narrow port channel and extreme tides were big threats to the success of MacArthur’s plan. At the planning conference for the Inchon Landing in 1950 MacArthur said “I can almost hear the ticking of the second hand of destiny. We must act now or we will die. . . . We shall land at Inchon, and I shall crush them." On September 15, 1950 with Admiral Arthur D. Struble commanding Joint Task Force 7, and help from the Royal Navy and other Allied warships, the US established superiority over the Yellow Sea and the air over it. This one single battle changed the course of the Korean War.
ReplyDeleteI think your main conflict could be how the the character goes through tough decisions that can change the course of something in the future.
DeleteI think your main conflict could be someone making a bad choice and then regretting it.
DeleteYour character could be a middle aged American soldier under the command of General MacArthur. They could be a timid person who questions MacArthur often and always thinks about possible outcomes of actions.
DeleteAs the behavior you can make them nervous at first. But then have on character with bravery.
DeleteOn September 11, 2001 a very unexpected attack took place in New York City. It had been a very beautiful, sunny morning up until 8:45 a.m. A plane had been hijacked and crashed into the North Tower, many people at the time believed something went wrong with the plane or the pilot; as soon as the second plane hit the South tower around 9:03 a.m the whole city knew we were under attack and the city became insane. There had been 700 workers stuck in the north tower, and 1,334 workers stuck in the north tower. They had no way of getting out and had to make their last calls to their families, and loved ones. Due to the 10,000 gallons of fuel each plane carried the temperatures reached up to 2,000 degrees. Around 3,000 people died from this tragedy, and more than 3,200 children lost one of their parents due to this attack. 9/11 was a very tragic day for New York City. There were many lessons people learned but I believe one of the most important lessons someone can learn from this day in history is… you have to live every day to your fullest; you never know what could happen tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteI think a possible main conflict for your topic is maybe a main character who hasn't got to do everything they want in life, then there life takes a turn for the worse.
DeleteFor your conflict you can go through the eyes of one of the kids that lost a parent. You could also do one of the workers in the building.
DeleteYour main conflict could be a main character who lost a friend or loved one in the wreck.
DeleteFor a conflict you can have a survivor who escaped the tower but they lost there friend in it.
DeleteA tragic incident had occurred a while ago when two planes hit the World Trade Center. The news of two other planes being involved in the disaster was devastating, leading to the death of over 3,000 people. The incident left many loved ones depressed. It serves as a reminder to always have an escape plan.lan.
ReplyDeleteA main conflict you could add is the heroism of the 911 first responders.
DeleteAnother main conflict could be about emotions. Like what people felt inside of the building , and outside.
DeleteYour main character could have a brave personality that is willing to save others.
Deleteyou could make the main character the president because he can make some laws preventing something like this happening again

ReplyDeleteThe Renaissance was largely considered humanities ascent from the dark ages to modernity.
The International Military Tribunal, commonly called the Nürnberg (or Nuremberg) Trials, were a series of trials between November 20th, 1945, and October 1st, 1946 that took place in Nürnberg, Germany. In the trials, surviving members of or affiliated with the Nazi party were tried for the following: Crimes against peace for planning or initiating invasions of countries such as Belgium, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and the conspiracy to commit all of the above. Notable names at the trials include Luftwaffe commander Hermann Göring, head of party chancellery Martin Bormann, and head of military and civil command Karl Dönitz. On October 1st, 1946, the verdicts were handed down. Four of the 22 defendants were sentenced to prison stays between 10 and 20 years. Three were sentenced to life in prison. Three were acquitted, and the remaining ten were sentenced to death. Despite the horrible crimes of the Nazi party between 1933 and 1945, and even though the court was made up of entirely of people from America, France, Britain, and the Soviet Union, the tribunal offered fair and honest verdicts for the defendants. For instance, Hjalmar Schacht was appointed President of the Reichsbank. Despite his direct involvement and aid in managing the economy of Nazi Germany, he was tried fairly and found not guilty of any of the four crimes listed. He went on to found his own bank and served as a financial consultant for many countries until his death in 1970. Even when horrible things have or are happening within a group of people, especially a very large one, it's important to remember that all people are different. Saying that all Nazis are just like Hitler is unhealthy, and doesn't reflect the nuance of people's opinion. Especially in a situation like this, where you may be imprisoned and/or killed for speaking out against the Nazi party. When applying judgement, either to form your own opinions or in a court of law, remaining unbiased and making decisions based on the individual's actions rather than the group they belong to is necessary to be just and fair.
ReplyDeleteI think a main conflict for your main character could be trying to let go of their hatred for the Nazis and what they did to them.
DeleteI think for the main charters appearance and Behavior are kinda the most important thing to focus on in a story/ article.
DeleteI think you can have a character who's always angry and that's always there behavior because they're angry from what the Nazis did to them.

ReplyDeleteDuring DDay there were 480,000 Allied soldiers including American, Canadian, British, and French but there were only 1,500 German and Italian soldiers. DDay was made when the U.S entered WW2 DDay was planned in 1943. DDay was scheduled for June 5, when a full moon and low tides were expected to coincide with good weather, but storms forced a 24-hour delay. 7,000 ships took part in D'Day including 1,213 warships and 4,127 landing craft. Allied divisions began landing on the five beaches at 6:30 a.m. June 6. On August 6 1945 the U.S devastated Hiroshima with Little Boy Little boy killed 210,000 people including men, women, and children. Little boy exploded with force more than 12.5 kilotons of TNT. Little boy was over 31,000 feet in the air. 80,000 people died instantly. Little boy weighed 10,000lbs.
A main conflict in your historical fiction could be a soldier leaving his family to fight during D-Day but then returning home to find that his family has been killed.
DeleteYour character can act as a soldier on a ship. The conflict that this character goes through could be the storms and how he reacted to the bombing.
DeleteYour Character could be a young American soldier fighting on D-day with other countries soldiers.
DeleteI think what you could do is make your main character a male child who was terribly injured by Little Boy.
DeleteUnity will always defeat adversity whether it is a past event or a current event. The occurrence of the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre affected not just the people that encountered such violence, it affected the entire country of India during the time of the British colonization over India.
ReplyDeleteDuring this massacre General Dyer who was a British military officer shot down a crowd of Punjabi men, women, and children who were gathered in a garden known as the Jallianwala Bagh on April 13, 1919. Prior to this occurrence, General Dyer had made a ban on public gatherings as he didn’t want the Indians to plan a revolt. But due to the wrong timing of informing people of this new ban, some parts of Amritsar, Punjab did not receive the message. At 12:40 PM that day, he was told that there was a crowd that was gathering in a garden. Upon hearing this, without proper order from the higher authorities, he gathered his military troops, locked all of the gates that led out of the garden, and shot rounds at all of the people gathered there. 1,500 were injured and at least 379 died during this. This act of ruthless violence brought together the entire populous of India as they had had enough of such violence and eventually in 1947, india gained it’s independence. This occurrence shows that, all it takes to overcome adversity is the unity of people and the willingness to defeat the challenges that stand in their way.
I think a main conflict of your story could be: an onlooker's family member died, and they want retribution, until they realize unity beats adversity.
DeleteA conflict that your main character could go through is have someone that they knew dying in the massacre
DeleteA main conflict could be the main character dying in the massacre. Another one could be that it didnt affect many people that encountered such violenece
DeleteA suggestion I have for a main character in your story is a British Colonizer who was in support of General Dyer participating in the massacre and later in life regretting what he did.
DeleteRamos (gunman) had been bullied since the 4th grader, which is where his story began. Just days after turning 18 Ramos had purchased multiple AR’s and over 325 cartridges of ammunition. Months and years before the shooting Ramos would tell people that he was gonna do something really big to get him famous, people from school have even named him the “school shooter” He would as well text others on instagram explaining his plans and asked them if they would want to be famous. None of this was reported to the police. The day Ramos posted “ I’m about to shoot my grandma in the face” then “ I've just shot my grandma in the face” and even “ I’m about to go shoot up a school” none of this was reported to the police either. Ramos proceeded to crash his truck into a ditch and even shot people at a funeral home across the street while trying to get into the school, he successfully got in. This is where his story ended as the police took his life, Ramos shot 19 kids and 2 teachers. People should take warning signs more seriously, even if said as a silly joke, you never know what could happen in the span of 24 hrs.
ReplyDeleteA mia conflict you can have is your main character can be one of the people Ramos DM on instagram
DeleteYour main conflict could be about getting over guilt about what happened.
DeleteYour main conflict could be a kids perspective on what happened and how he survived
DeleteYou could make your main character a angry person who has a lot of dialogue.
DeleteDue to the current affairs of the world, I decided to pick the Ukraine war. It started in 2014. Western intelligence had previously warned of an imminent attack due to a concerning build-up of Russian military force on Ukraine’s borders. In 2020, Russia attacked because they wanted more land. By May 2022 Russia took 62,000 sq miles of land from Ukraine which is 27% of land. The lesson that can be learned is that people can persevere through hard times. The Ukraines are doing well with the situation and they will keep trying to move forward.
ReplyDeleteA possible main conflict in your story could be a soldier experiencing the fiery throes of war and battle. The soldier is in horrible shape but he keeps pushing through and does not give up.
DeleteA possible conflict your main character could face is having to survive the invasion or if they are a soldier then having to fight the Russians.

DeleteMy topic is the Titanic. The Titanic was a luxury steamship. It had 1st class, 2nd class, and 3rd class. The reason it was so famous then was because it was one of the biggest ships in the world at that time. But it is famous now because it sank killing more than half the passengers aboard. It sank early in the morning on April 15, 1912. The cause of the ship sinking was an iceberg that fatally hit the North East side of the ship. The only funny thing about the ship sinking was that people called it “Unsinkable”. I think the lesson that should be taught is, don’t take things for granted. I think that because many people lost their family and didn’t value them enough. One example of people taking things for granted on the Titanic was the captain. The captain had many warnings about the icebergs and ignored them. That shows how the captain didn’t worry about his ship until after it crashed. Another example could be that someone's wife died on the Titanic. I think that is what my story might be about. That is why I think that “never take things for granted” is the best lesson to be taught.
ReplyDeleteYour character could be sneaky and steal someone's place on a lifeboat so they could save them self.
DeleteA conflict could be a girl or boy who survived by taking one of the few lifeboats on the ship and had to leave behind their father.
DeleteA main conflict could show more character or how some people got off of the boat.
